The location is great and brilliant, not too far away from Calvary Christian Church.

Enjoyed the place, had a fine stay on vacation. Everything was nice, including great breakfasts with omelets and also free wifi. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, right by Peabody at night as well as Salem or Boston within a 20-30 minute drive. The staff was amiable and excellent and we would stay here again.

The rooms were fantastic with a comfortable king bed and even had water on the carpets!

The rooms were nice with two full-size beds. The location was great, in a bustling area near excellent restaurants, Boston, and the North Shore. I visited Lynnfield Meat & Deli nearby and enjoyed their local food.

The hotel has a favourable location close to everything. Also it is just next door to a convenience store, great restaurant and Gloucester, Salisbury State Beach, Salem.

The hotel was located just off the Newbury restaurant, Salem or Boston within a 20-30 minute drive and an outlet should have been. I was offered a great breakfast with omelets and free wifi, for instance. The property's location was marvellous and brilliant, close to pretty much everything.

Sadly, there was no restaurant.

I truly enjoyed that it was fairly clean and ideal, the staff were fine and rooms were impressive. The breakfast was great for a hotel of this rating with omelets and free wifi, as example.

Affordable hotel with good value. Excellent and helpful staff with great service. Room was large, well-stocked, and had a nice-sized bathroom. Convenient location near Boston, North Shore, restaurant, and attractions. Close to everything.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the accommodating staff at Holiday Inn & Suites Boston Peabody. The check-in process was smooth and Sammy, the receptionist, was helpful in arranging a handicap room close to the entrance and the pool. I also needed an extra roll-in bed for my teenage sons, and Sammy promptly provided extra pillows and blankets. the staff's professionalism and willingness to assist made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

During my stay, I felt totally relaxed and had no issues or concerns. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

We stayed at a hotel near the airport that was very convenient for our late-night arrival. The location was great as it allowed us to easily reach the places we wanted to visit in the area. The Newbury restaurant served a delicious breakfast to start our day off right.

From the rude front desk clerk to the argumentative encounter when requesting a room change, their customer service fell short. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, with dirty and falling apart headboards.

The check in staff was VERY friendly and completely satisfied my needs for this stay. Every hotel needs a representative like him at the front desk for check-in. Sorry but I did not remember his name but we checked in at approximately 2:15 PM on 10/17/12 so I'm sure he can be identified.
